Pilot program

ComicManager is currently operating as an invite-only pilot. Access to host tools is restricted to approved pilot participants. General registration may be limited during this period.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform to manage and participate in live comedy events in good faith.
• Do not submit false or misleading information when signing up for events.
• Do not attempt to access events or host dashboards that do not belong to you.
• Do not use automated tools to sign up for events or scrape data.

Host responsibilities

Event hosts are responsible for the shows they run through ComicManager. Hosts agree to handle performer data with care, to only use the platform for legitimate event management, and to delete performer records upon reasonable request.

Performer consent

By signing up for an event through ComicManager, performers consent to having their stage name, contact details, and preferences shared with the event host for lineup management purposes.

No guarantees

ComicManager is provided as-is during the pilot period. We make no guarantees of uptime, data retention beyond reasonable commercial efforts, or specific feature availability. The platform is experimental and actively developed.

Billing

Free pilot access is provided at no charge. Solo Host billing may be enabled for approved hosts when checkout is available; Host Pro, Venue Team, and Producer Network remain pre-launch unless explicitly offered. Any price and billing terms are shown before a paid subscription begins.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use of ComicManager constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
